Aloha!
This week wasn't very exciting, but Sunday was the best night! I will explain why later.
Transfer calls were this past week and I'm staying in my area with my same comp. It's going to be an exciting transfer! New investigator's here we come!
So, this past week we did a lot of walking around and member lessons. On Monday, we had our lesson with Maddox. We taught him about the light of Christ and applied it to him! I sure hope he got something out of it! He is a very quiet guy. We also brought Joe with us again. He is awesome! He lead out the lesson, which was great! He needs all the practice he can get!
The rest of the week was pretty dry. Nothing really happened except, a few less active lessons and 2 member lessons a day. I can say the members really trust us and have been giving us referrals out the wazoo. We also have been getting dinners from members who I have never eaten with since I've been here for 4 1/2 months. What a miracle!

The craziest story ever! (Sorry Kaitlin, I'm going to have to steal the version I sent to you!) It was super long! We were at the end of sacrament meeting and everyone was talking to each other and grabbing their kids to get to primary etc.. So, we got up and talked to a few members and right when we are about to walk out, Sister Stoke (She's awesome. Her dinners are really good and they are super missionary minded. She also has an Instagram with a ton of followers, and gets paid for it!) walks up and confirms dinner later that night. Then out of the blue, she starts to say that she is going to do a live stream of us teaching the Restoration and doing a Q&A session afterward. It was a big deal for her. Her Instagram is her business, and she has never come out this bold by saying that she wants to share her beliefs. The result of it was the loss of 400 followers. The live stream went great. We bore powerful testimonies and answered a lot of questions. A lot of positive comments as well. When the video was over, a comment popped and said, "This was my first time hearing about the Mormon church. What an awesome testimony you gave!" So, yah it was great! Although afterward I was totally drained!
Spiritual Thought: Conference is coming up! I'm super excited! Every six months, we have a chance to hear from our leaders of our church. One thing that I have found fascinating is that the questions that I have are answered in the conference. It is because of revelation that we are given those answers to help us. So, this conference I invite you to pray and ponder those questions that you have, and I know that you will be given an answer. Find Answers To Your Questions
Well, I miss you all and hope you have a great week! :)
